A general view of Wolds Way Lavender in Summer 2005

The gardens grow over 80 different varities of Lavender. The beds and displays are laid out with ease of access in mind for all - flat level paths and raised beds. Lavendula angustifolia is the latin name for the plant which is rich in essential oils which provide the aromatic characteristics.
