Lavender is an edible herb and can be used in all types of recipies.The Culinary Lavender is supplied in a bunch that you can gently rub to release the Culinary Lavender Flowers. The secret to using Lavender is that less is more; it does not require a lot to flavour the food. As a guide if you use say Rosemary in a dish you can substitute it with Lavender. We supply our Dried Culinary Lavender to Betty's Tearooms in Harrogate. They currently use it to make shortbread biscuits during the summer months.
