 Wild Flower Sculpture WalkWilld Flowers are in abundance here at Wolds Way Lavender. Over the years we have spread many wildflower seeds and planted many wildflowers.
It never ceases to amaze ourselves at how many different varieties of wild flowers can be found on the site a different times of the year.
In 2010 we created our Wild Flower Scuplture Walk. We keep adding different Sculptures along the path as and when we find our create them!
It contains the following wild flowers; Oxeye Daisy, Small Burnet, Red Campion, Ladys Bedstraw, Yellow Rattle, Selfheal, Hoary Plantain, Creeping Buttercup, Meadow Sweet, Meadow Buttercup, Meadow Cranesbill, Kidney Vetch, Knapweed, Field Scabious Devils Bit Scabius, Small Scabius, Yarrow, Wild Carrot, Sainfoin, Cowslip, Corncockle, Cornflower, Yellow Horned Poppy, Common Poppy,White Campion and Bladder Campion.
And It contains the following grasses: Slender Creeping Red Fescue, Crested Dogstail, Sheeps Fescue, Yellow Oatgrass, Sweet Vernal Grass, Cocksfoot, Common Bentgrass.
