It is made especially for us by Farrah's of the Original Harrogate Toffee fame, who have been making toffee since 1840. The Toffee is still made the same way as then, in open copper pans in small batches with a wooden spoon, which is then poured by hand.We have combined our own distinctive Lavender flavour using the florets from the plants at Wolds Way Lavender to this already world renowned product.
