Visitor Attraction~ Come for a day out at Wolds Way Lavender at Wintringham, North Yorkshire - where you can walk round and enjoy the vast variety of plants that are growing on the site.We now have our own narrow gauge railway and a distillery to distil the oil producing plants to extract their essential oils on site.
Wolds Way Lavender is a Quality Assured Visitor Attraction.
We welcome visitors to enjoy the gardens, learn about lavenders, visit our gift shop and Herb and Plant shop, and have a snack in our Tea Room. We have good access for disabled visitors.A leisurely stroll around the site reveals the amazing differences between one variety of lavender and another. Plenty of seating is available, enabling the sights and fragrant smells to be absorbed at a relaxing pace. The well-planned layout of the plants adds to the overall experience of the visit.
Our Lavender and Herb Farm is a wonderful and relaxing place to visit. Our family run the 12-acre site, it is currently planted with over 5 acres of lavender ranging from rich hues of purple to purest white. Ultimately over 8 acres will be planted. Essentials oils, creams and toiletries are available, extracted on site from the Deer Park Distillery, Yorkshire's only Lavender distillery! Come and visit........~~~312~384~~

Facilities~A large area of our Farm has been made accessible for the disabled, with raised Lavender and Herb beds.
We have Toilets, Disabled Toilets and Baby Changing Facilities.
Guide Dogs only
are permitted on the site. A shaded area is available for leaving your pets. Unfortunately dogs are not allowed on site (except guide dogs) due to the sensitive nature of the Lavender.
The site is a
NO SMOKING
area in line with the promotion of the healthy products we supply.
Coach Parties
are welcome - please book in advance if possible.
Free Admission and Parking
We have free parking on site for visitors cars and coaches.Plenty of Coach Parking is available and Coach driver's refreshments are provided.~~~312~315~~
Lavender Tearoom~
Our tearoom
located within the Farm Shop provides a range of light refreshments. Enjoy a range of Tea and Coffees, maybe even try our speciality Lavender Scones, in relaxing surroundings. On a nice day you can sit outside alongside the Lavender.~~~312~316~~
