The Floral Water is one of two products from the distillation of Lavender process. It is the evaporated water (steam) that has passed through the Lavender in the still to release the Essential Oil. When the liquid is cooled through the condenser, the lavender oil, being lighter than the Floral Water, floats on the top. The Oil is skimmed off leaving the Floral Water. A pure distilled water fragranced with our Lavender.
